The core team
Willem Van der Meiren
Willem is co-founder of AdaptX.
He is a seasoned business leader with +20 years of experience and a true heart for people.
As a relationship builder, he combines his financial background with strong business development skills and has created and managed business units up to 150 FTE mainly in the business and technology consultancy industry.
He is a strong believer of combining business management skills with emotional intelligence to leverage the potential of both individuals as teams in order to successfully realize corporate strategies and growth ambitions.
Vincent Stoefs
Vincent is co-founder of AdaptX.
He has a proven track-record in digital advisory and specialized in digital strategy & roadmap definition. He worked with SME’s, government and corporates as a consultant and in a commercial role.
Besides the overall management of the organization together with Willem, he is focusing on the solutions and the client engagements.
He has a strong belief in fostering community ownership and empowering consultants to enhance both the company’s growth and deliver above expectations on client engagements.
Kris Naessens
Kris is Principal Consultant.
With solid experience in business consulting, project management, business analysis and team management, Kris helps clients to streamline their IT operations.
Next to providing organizational advice, he helps clients to implement their digital roadmap into practice as scrum master, project manager and business analyst.
Kris’ mission is to get things done together in a hands-on matter.
