As a Business analyst, you are the link between business owners and the IT teams. Making your customer’s business environment your own is your first focus. You capture and document their business context and processes and their exact business questions and requirements by conducting interviews and facilitating workshops. Through thorough analysis of all available information and extensive consultation with your team, you propose the best solutions for our customers’ business issues. Your ultimate goal is to bring together stakeholders and facilitate getting to a joined vision that meets their needs and can be implemented.

As a Functional Anayst, you play a key role in designing solutions for our clients. You start from the business requirements and in order to prototype the application, you translate and document them to deliverables such as functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, wireframes, domain models, user stories. Other activities you will perform include data analysis, modelling, documenting cross-systems interaction and writing user manuals. You keep a sharp eye on the projects, ready to challenge assumptions when needed to safeguard value and feasibility.
