Your mission

Whether in the form of a project manager, PMO lead or portfolio manager, these roles serve as the backbone of strategic execution, ensuring that initiatives are not only well-conceived but also effectively delivered.
As a governance consultant you play a critical role in digital transformation. As organizations evolve, governance ensures that digital initiatives are aligned with business priorities, resources are allocated effectively, and risks are proactively managed. Integrated governance frameworks, combining project, program, and portfolio oversight, offer a holistic view of transformation efforts, enabling agility without sacrificing control.
Your expertise and background
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 4+ years experience as consultant-manager
- 3+ years experience as project manager or PMO Lead
- Excellent communication at all levels, including reporting and Steering Committee presentations
- Proven track record in stakeholder and change management
- Outstanding problem-solving and negotiating skills, with a helicopter view at every phase
- Excellent coaching skills and expertise in guiding teams to on-time, high-quality delivery
- Highly adaptable to new situations and client requests, but also able to challenge them
- As a Project manager:
- You manage projects from business case to delivery, including scope, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK, …) and both agile & hybrid frameworks
- You have a proven ability to build buy-in, resolve conflicts, and guide teams through change.
- Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, …)
- As a PMO lead:
- You establish project management standards, tools, and processes across the organization.
- You ensure projects align with organizational goals and adapting them to changing business landscapes.
- You monitor project health, allocating resources, and mitigating risks
- As a Portfolio manager:
- You have the experience too select and manage initiatives that deliver the highest value aligned with business objectives.
- You have a track record in designing and implementing governance structures that span project, program, and portfolio levels.
